Completed my second run last night, bl**dy cold and bl**dy hard work. Thought I would include some hill work as I am now a seasoned runner. I think with the power of hindsight (which is unusual for a man to have as only women normally benefit from this god given gift) it was a little premature.
Anyway I survived it and will be putting in a gentle run tomorrow and then a long one on Sunday. Fortunatley enough it will be on the coast with my son riding his bike in front of me saying how easy it is and why am I so red. I will obviously update you all (just under 1000 followers now!) once I have got my breath back and 'marathon man' has gone.
More importantly it is now five minutes to beer o'clock on a friday evening so I am off...

First Run Tonight
First run tonight, hence why I am in the office trying to find an excuse not to leave! Saying that I have already gone out and bought a new pair of running shoes (as one does) so at least I have all the gear and no idea.
Have to say that the biggest incentive to get out there is the amount of money that has already been kindly donated by friends and family, I am very, very grateful.
Oh and lastly I need to statrt thinking about a fancy dress costume, I was thinking along the lines of Hello Kitty as Lulu loves her, we shall see…
